I’m Wes, a USCG-licensed captain and Seattle-based investor with a passion for design, travel, and creating unforgettable experiences.
Sea Raptor Escapes was born from a simple idea: life is too short for ordinary weekends. What I offer is a private, beautifully paced escape on the water — whether you’re celebrating something special or just chasing a perfect sunset.
Hosting is personal to me. There are no crowds, no scripts, and no rush — just a calm, comfortable environment where you can unwind and enjoy the moment. When I’m off the water, you’ll find me at the ice rink, in a workout class, or attempting to keep my golf ball in play.
My goal as your captain is to make the entire experience feel effortless from the moment you step aboard.

Where do we board?
All charters depart from South Lake Union in Seattle. Exact dock location and parking details are shared after booking.
How many people can come?
Up to 6 guests per charter. Perfect for small groups, date nights, family outings, or celebrations.
Can we bring food and drinks?
Absolutely — all charters are BYOB. Bring whatever you'd like to eat and drink on the water.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Safety comes first. If conditions are unsafe, we'll reschedule your charter at no extra cost. Light rain is common in Seattle — the Sundancer 370 has a covered cabin with heat and A/C, so we can cruise comfortably in most conditions.
What's the cancellation policy?
Full refund if cancelled 48+ hours before departure. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable unless due to weather. Weather cancellations are always rescheduled or refunded.
Do I need boating experience?
Not at all. Your captain handles everything — just show up and enjoy. All safety equipment and a brief orientation are provided.
Is there a restroom on board?
Yes, the Sundancer 370 has a full enclosed head (restroom) below deck.
Do we need to sign a waiver?
Yes, all guests must sign a liability waiver electronically before boarding. A waiver link is sent with your booking confirmation.
